D.Franklin Studio: Brocki

At our D.Franklin Studio platform, we love discovering and amplifying a new sound every month. Today, the mic and the flow belong to Brocki (@brocki.e).

At D.Franklin Studio, we stand by what Brocki points out: art is born before the artist. Before becoming Brocki, there was the idea. A concept, an aesthetic, and a vision that define and leave a mark. His music is the great legacy he wants to give the world—an art that reflects everything he has done for others.

His style? Mainly afro swing, though he prefers not to limit himself to a single genre. His sound blends elements like afrobeat (and its alte version) and even dancehall. For Brocki, everything he creates is simply good music.

If he weren’t himself, Brocki says he’d still recommend his own work for its innovation and sound. His tracks about life aim to deliver a message that resonates, letting the audience interpret it freely and make it their own. His beats are the blank canvas for the stories he needs to tell.

Listen to how his track VOLVER sounds in our TAPE by D.Franklin Studio section—our live session archives in VHS format.

And because we love to explore the identity of the artist behind the music, we invite you to share the vision of a voice with plenty to say in today’s music scene.
